How do I download my IPC Certificate?

Here are step by step instructions to download your IPC certificate.

Having trouble downloading your certificate?

1. Log into IPC Edge and verify your Profile is complete and ALL Required fields (marked with an *) are complete.
2. Resave that profile if it allows you to.
3. Try to download your certificate again.

If this still does not work, you will need to contact IPC either via phone (847-597-2982) or submit a help desk ticket.
